How long does it take to make a custom hat?
Creating a custom hat takes time and precision. On average, it takes up to 6 weeks to complete your hat to our high craftsmanship standards.
What materials do you use?
We use premium rabbit felt, leather sweatbands, and cotton or leather ribbons to ensure durability, comfort, and timeless style.
Can I return or exchange my hat?
Because each hat is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. We recommend discussing all details carefully during your consultation call to ensure your hat meets your expectations.
